I was watching QVC last night and they had a special on a new electronics item. The special price was $99. It is called the LG Mouse.

When you want to scan a photo or document, you just take the mouse and run it over the picture and it shows what you're scanning on your screen.  Then you can just save it and that's it.  I didn't see the whole presentation so I don't know what you do if you want to just use the  mouse without scanning.

Anyway they said it was one of the newest items they saw at a electronic show.  Looks like eventually we won't need scanners,  things sure are a-changing.

Sounds interesting and "easy" (which is what I like). Let us know if you find out more about this.

If you go to QVC.com and where it says 'search' put this item # in: E223870.  It will tell all about it and there is even a video you can see.  It's easier then me explaining it.  I always check out their video's when I missed something.  I shop at QVC quite often.

That's so funny I saw that too! I don't usually watch the infomercials, but that one really caught my eye. Looks like a great idea. Are you buying one? I'd be very curious to hear how well it works.

I didn't see this on an infomercial but on QVC, a shopping network.  No I am not buying one at this time.  I read the reviews and not everyone was happy with it.   They mentioned the cord of the mouse gets in the way while scanning for one thing.  Maybe they will update the mouse to wireless but right now I'm not interested in buying it.

That's actually what I was thinking of.
Good to hear that it works so well. I'm always a little skeptical of these things, but that looked really useful.
QVC and HSN both give you 30 days to send anything back.  If I didn't like it I would've sent it back but it works well for me
