Hmmm...interesting!
Looks like I'm a freefall!

Freefall (7%): Lying on your front with your hands around the pillow, and your head turned to one side. Often gregarious and brash people, but can be nervy and thin-skinned underneath, and don't like criticism, or extreme situations.

That doesn't sound very good, eh?

The Foetus: Those who curl up in the foetus position are described as tough on the outside but sensitive at heart. They may be shy when they first meet somebody, but soon relax.

There's no place like home
My ideal is a yearner, but I get into any position that my cats allow me to. I typically have at least 5-7 cats in bed with me at night (last night I counted 10) and I make room for them first. Last night I wound up in the sideways across the bed, scissor leg / jumping jack position. LOL

The yearner (13%): People who sleep on their side with both arms out in front are said to have an open nature, but can be suspicious, cynical. They are slow to make up their minds, but once they have taken a decision, they are unlikely ever to change it.

My sleeping position defies description.

This is because I am contorted to accomodate: Coal sleeping in between the 2 of us; Khepera curled atop my head like a hat; Max perched on my hip; Midnight draped over my legs; Romeo and Blondie at my feet, plus the others coming and going throughout the night.

Rolling over is a group manuever

I sleep in the feotus position. Before I had back problems, I slept in the free fall position.

So we need a new position:

The Contortion Artist (5% of population, 100% on cat sites)-In a contortionist position due to the number of cats on the bed. These people are caring, warm and open-hearted, but have a tendency to drool at cat pictures and spend way too much money on cat toys. Spend most of their time on the Internet when not removing cat hair, feeding cats, cleaning up after cats, playing with cats...

I'm all of them plus a few not listed. Depends on how much room I can get(hubby and Simon are bed hogs) how my back is feeling, how cold it is, well you get the idea. I have to have at least one foot out from under the covers to sleep at all!

mine depends on my son my hubby depends on my cat since as of late JB likes to sleep right up next to him, we're pretty much all over the bed! Wild sleepers! Thank goodness we sleep on the floor otherwise we would fall off the bed a lot. LOL!

I am in free fall when jumping off the wardrobe and onto the bed in one of those amourous moments with my wife!

After that - just a boring star fish, wife agrees - long arms, long legs and ever open mouth ready to eat. That and I have tenticles!!! I said TENTACLES girls - nothing else!

Jumping off the wardrobe huh? My goodness you guys are brave! To avoid being labeled a perverted sicko I'll just keep the rest of my comments to myself.
