He doesn't need a "wife"; he needs to be neutered (castrated, de-sexed, whatever it's commonly called where you are). Even if he has a female to mate with, he'll still spray urine all over your house if he's not neutered, and it will be very unhealthy for the female having him harass her constantly and being pregnant all the time. My recommendation is to have him castrated as soon as your vet can do it. If you'd like to get him a female friend to keep him company, she should be spayed as well.

As for whether kittens look more like their mother or father, it depends :dk:. Just like with humans, some will look more like Dad and some will look more like Mom.

Did your male come from a breeder with breeding rights? Is he PKD tested or inherited normal?
Also if he's of mating age it's going to be very frustrating for him waiting another 18 months for a female to be of breeding age.

What the kittens look like (colour wise) depends on genetics, what colour they are and what they carry.
If both are peke face the kittens will be, though some can have a slightly longer nose.

Where in the world do you live? I know that in some countries people think it normal to let all cats breed, but we try hard to educate people into not letting this happen, as the world is full of desperate, hungry and sick cats without homes. Even in the places where there is animal control, or people think they can find homes for their kittens, every kitten born through an owner's decision means one less home available to an already homeless cat. We take this view because we love cats, not because we want fewer of them around.

So I must tell you that on this site you not find people very willing to help you breed your cat. And all breeders will tell you that it is impossible to tell in advance what kind of kittens you will get. Even pedigree cats, whose genetic lines are well known, can have many different colours and types of kittens, though the range in these cases is far more limited. For what we call ordinary 'domestic' cats, the kittens may not resemble the father or the mother, depending on what genes their parents are carrying from their parents and grandparents.

Get your cat neutered, get him a playmate and enjoy your pets. They will be happy and will live a longer life.
