the original reason i wanted to find a site was to learn about the feline virus. when i was told my babies may have it..i freaked out and researched the virus..for about 2 hours. just read a bunch of sites. then i wanted to get other ppl's opinions, since i don't have a vet, yet, for my grrlz.
sure enough...i was able to great help in understanding the virus from kitty parents who have has experience with the virus.

 
which reminds me...i have to need to find a vet now. i need to get my grrlz tested. :cross:

the ACTUAL reasons i picked this site, out of all the ones on the list, is becuz of the great info i was able to read before becoming a member. i just had to join. the fact that it is free...and the fact that it doesn't leave any one thread/forum out just becuz you are not a premier member...also the fact that there are so many different sections to learn from.

i did tell a couple of friend about TCS..but i am not sure they have/will join. i am going to have to remind them to check it out.

We are all addicted. i'm glad someone else is. i'm sure there are a lot of people addicted.

I have been a member here for a good while and I have learned much. It helps to be able to talk out things with other people who love their cats.
my too. the short time i have been on here, i have learned a lot. i am interested in learning more/as much as i can.

I have a small netbook computer so I have room for both kitties to lay on me while I'm on here. I can snuggle my cats while I read about snuggly cats. Life is good.

that's so cute.
my kitten loves to climb my legs...OUCH...when i am on my laptop at my desk and lay on my lap. not a prob since she is tiny right now.
but my biggest cat..Sassy..was big when i got her at 7 months..she sat on my lap all the time..and still loves to cuddle with my hubby and i. i loved it..but not on HOT summer days. it gets into the 100's here.
but of course i am one of those kitty lovers that will do pretty much anything for my grrlz, such as cuddle anytime.

in fact i have a pic in my album 'Sleeping Grrlz', that you see Sassy sleeping on my lap and my laptop off to the side. THAT WAS A HOT DAY!

i sure am. have been all my life really.

lived with my Grandma for a few yrs as a child and she had a beautiful Siamese/Persian mix.
when i was about 13 i got my own cat. she was a tortie calico..miss her. she had to stay with the family that i grew up with, when i went into the navy.
ever since i have been able to live on my own...i had a few black and white cats thru the years. and a few yrs before Bella i had a 2 beautiful tabbies.
now i own 3 beautiful dark/black ones.
