What to feed my kitten?

my friend gave me dry food when she gave me him, but I also got him wet food, came home today the food bowl
Was still full, I gave him half the container and he ate it within like 10 minutes. So should I keep giving him both? Will he be full if I only gave him the wet food? Also does he need a drink? Milk? Water?

Canned food is great! Much better than any dry food. Yes, he'll be full if you feed him enough canned food. Check this out: www.catinfo.org

You should always provide a bowl of fresh water, but if he eats all canned food he probably won't drink very much, as canned food is mostly water. Don't give him milk; it makes most cats have diarrhea.

How old is he?

I got him from my friend and she said she thinks 2 or 3 months. I am making an appointment to take him to the vet so I can know for sure how old he is.
