# weeks ago I decided to switch my cats from Purina One salmon flavor to Taste of the Wild (fish flavor).  I did the normal of of adding a little new food each couple of days.  Two weeks went by and everything was fine.  Now that I am at 1/4 old food and 3/4 new food, my cat has started vomiting around 4 hours after eating.  Any suggestions on why this is happening?  I am thinking that maybe it's the grain free. I might try switching to Halo or Blue.

I would probably increase the old food and get his stomach better before I tried another new food.

I wont give my cat grain free as I have tried several types and she has gotten sick on all. I am now giving her 1/2 can of Friskies wet (pate') in the morning and she has Purina One Synsitive system free fed during the day (eats about 1/4 c. daily). No more vomiting!!!  :)

I would call  or em the manufacture .in the mean while i would increase the old food too.

Check out the website: asksusanpeters.net  she analysis  dog & cat food ingredients and rates them he also has top 10 cat & dog food  list .be

I learned that the blue freedom  no grain  dry ,that i recently  started feeding my two cats-has two inedients that some cat could have digestive issues with.

I don't know if In the wild is on her site.   I do know it uses meat meal  and that much of protein  is from non-meat ingredients
