"Problem With My Cat"

I've take a stray cat 2 weeks ago which she already hv a breathing problem which sounds noisy.

At first when i take her home, she's very active and look so happy. But start from last week i noticed that she look unhappy and most of the time she just lay on the floor. She also start to cough and her breathing problem not getting any better. I already took her to see vet and they gv me an antibiotic and flu medicine for her. It's already 4 days since i took her to see vet but she still refused to eat her food and and her voice also really slow when she 'meow'.

And yesterday i found out that her ears turned red and look dry. Im not sure whether it cause of scratching or it is actually ringworm. She seems like to shaking her head and scratch her ears.

Im so worried....

Sometimes cats need some extra incentives to start eating again.  Warming some wet food so it has a stronger smell helps.  One of my cats got very excited over some jarred chicken baby food I'd heated.  

I am going to move this to the Cat Health section since I think those folks will be able to help.  I hope your kitty is better soon!
