Just got my cat spayed 5 days ago and I've checked the wound everyday. It looked fine with no scab or discharge. When I cam home from work I looked at it and it looked like it had a small scab over it. I'm just a little worried that it might become infected but I can't tell if it looks infected. Pictures will be coming soon and I would love to know your opinion or advice. She is also eating and drinking water fine.

I think your vet needs to see that. They should be able to tell if it's infected or healing normally. They shouldn't charge anything for a follow-up appointment, or to look at an email.

I would e-mail your vet the picture or call them.  I have had a kitten that got an infection in her spay sight after the stitches were removed.  She was eating/eliminating and acting perfectly normal,  Something just did not look quite right to me so I took her to the vet to have them look at.  Starbuck's infection sight had to be drained and she was put on antibiotics.  She never acted like anything was wrong with her.  It is better to be safe and have it checked by a vet.

Also are you sure that your cat is not grooming the area that can cause irritation also?  I had to keep Starbuck in a cone because she would not leave her stitches alone.

Looks more irritated than any of the kittens I've had spayed by 5 days, I'd get her to the vet for a check up.
