Hi Friends.
Just when I thought we were doing so good, I found puke this afternoon in my room. As I wasn't the one to clean it up (I was out of the house running errands) - I heard that it was a lot and it was food (the wet food he had for breakfast.
Here are some incidents I think MAY be the reason why he puked...but I would always love a second opinion.
1- Last night I fed him at 5pm - then at 3am -instead of the usual 11pm (I got home WAY later than I though -thanks Montreal roads!)
2- This morning I fed him at 11am -instead of 830-9am- to make up for feeding him so late last night.
3- I fed him Instinct Canned Cat food - BEEF flavor. Which he wasn't particularly liking - and didn't even finish his plate clean as he usually does with other flavors. Now, I heard here and there that most cats have an intolerance to beef, maybe he is one of those kitties?
4- I just fed him his 2nd meal (almost a half can of Instinct Canned Chicken) which he pretty much is cleaning up his plate.
I put in some slippery elm for good measure and I will be watching him tonight. He will be getting another meal at 11pm. I hope he's gonna be okay - we were doing so good!
