Syringe Feeding

Knowing that cats need food to avoid hepatic lipdosis, I thought it would be a good move to buy a syringe feeder and keep it on hand (but pray it never gets used).

Is the actual feeding hard to do? Should I find instructions somewhere, print them out, and tape it to the feeder? Or see if there's YouTube video?

The first few times can be an adventure for both parent and kitty. Both of us got used to it pretty quickly. Here is a video on TCS that shows how one does it..

Lots of websites and youtube videos if needed. The syringes are easily found at both drug stores and pet stores.
