i think my cat had a miscarriage but i cant find ant fetuses

I noticed that there was something different about my cat last night then I saw the blood droplets. I looked everywhere for kittens in any shape or form. I decided to leave her be thinking she was just starting her labor. I thought I was wrong about when she got pregnant. Anyways this morning I go check on her just a little more blood no kittens and she is acting like nothing happened
I understand she probably miscarried but where did everything go

How far along do you think she was?

There could be anything wrong in there. If I saw blood I'd be on my way to the vet.

Some cats eat their dead babies .

She might get pregnant again very quickly if she has miscarried.  Hopefully you will be getting her spayed ASAP.

If she hasn't miscarried and the blood was the start of labour she should not be left alone. It's extremely important to be there, you may then know what was going on now.

And if she's having kittens you've got to make sure they don't get stuck, are born quickly and breathing, that placentas are all accounted for.

Kittens can be reabsorbed, so there are no bodies or anything. Best to take her to the vet and also arrange her spaying asap.
