We just came home tonight and our 4 yr old cat had a lump on the back of his leg the size of a computer mouse. Now hes a indoor outdoor cat so he comes and goes as he pleases. He came in yesterday and I noticed he was having a difficult time jumping to the top bunk of my sons bed. However we recently got 2 new kittens and he doesn't approve of them so I thought he was just hesitating. Well tonight he jumped down and I noticed he was kinds stiff on that side. I took a glance and you can see the buldge. No vets are open now nor does he seem in pain. He can walk on it but when he went to jump on our bed he used his claws to pull himself up onto it. We both work odd shifts so Saturday will be the 1st time available to take him. I'm just worried hes dislocated it or broke it but if so how is he walking on it. Could it be like a mass? I didn't notice it 48 hrs ago or we would have done something then. He wont let u touch it and it should be interesting getting him in the carrier. Advice!!!!

That's a pretty huge lump!   Did you at least contact your Vet to see if you should try to put ice on it or heat or anything untnil you ca get him in to be seen?  Did you see any evidence of blood?  It could be anything, really.  I guess it's possible he was even hit by a car, since he can go outdoors.

It is odd, though, with a lump that size, they he still isn't showing any signs of discomfort.  Is he not even limping?  Weird.

for the little guy.  Let us know what it is.

I wouldn't say he is not showing signs of discomfort or pain.....
The OP says:

and
Well tonight he jumped down and I noticed he was kinds stiff on that side.
, also
He can walk on it but when he went to jump on our bed he used his claws to pull himself up onto it
and
He wont let u touch it
To me, all of that indicates pain and discomfort - and quite a bit of pain, actually, since cats do their best to hide pain completely, as we know so well.
This can be anything, a bite that has gone infected and created an abscess, the kitty has been hit by a cat, a dislocated limb, an insect bite..... There is no telling.
I would not wait - if this was my cat he would be in the carrier on the way to the vet pronto. IMHO this kitty is in some major pain.
