Hope you had a good Christmas, and for those of you who didn't I hope things start looking up in the New Year.

Today's question is about "Boxing Day," also known as "the day after Christmas." Are you looking at any sales today, online or in person?

My husband and I never go to Boxing Day sales, it's too crowded and the sales aren't usually that great. But today we set the alarm for 7:30 to be at a store by 8:00 when they opened. We were going to make a purchase for our home last week, but were told it would be $400 off now so we waited and made the effort to get up early today.

Now... back to bed.

Don't do the boxing day thing either.  We don't give gifts anyway.

It is funny today.....Walmart and the malls are having a very slow day here because a major snow storm in scheduled to hit this afternoon.  But all the grocery stores are crazy!!!

I went to Wal Mart. I had a few gifts left to buy for a family Christmas that isn't until the weekend. My mother in law gave us a $250 Wal Mart card so I wanted to use some of it while things are on sale. We ended up spending $190 of it. I also went to Bonnie Togs and got my daughter a sleeper for $6.

I had a GREAT Christmas but an exhausting past few days. I don't care about the sales after Christmas this year. All I care about is napping :D

I can't recall the last time I've done shopping on Boxing day.  I worked retail in college and it left me with little to no interest.  I had considered going out to see if I could find these LED lights at a local hardware store; but decided against it when I saw the weather forecast.  And honestly, I overdid it with both Christmas things and having my son dedicated last weekend.  I'm beyond exhausted.  Like breaking down in tears off and on Christmas Eve exhausted.  So no shopping for me!  Today was about rest!  Except for the kids and some laundry...

The only store I Went to yesterday was Bath and Body Works for their big sale. I stocked up for gifts for the year. :)
