Hello everyone!
My name is Dani and my little one is a domestic short-hair named Kai. Kai was abandoned by her biological mother and a girl found her along the street and took her in. My boyfriend found her on craigs list and had the people bring her over and it was love at first sight! She is a spunky BEAUTIFUL out going little thing and is now just a little over 2 1/2 yrs. I am a soccer fanatic so I only saw it fit to give her a name connecting to soccer but I like unique names so Tasha Kai from Sky Blue was it hence her name is Kai. (pronounced like sky but w/ the k sound). I have had many pet and still do but Kai and I have a bond like no other. When I'm sick or feeling down she just knows and will lay with me. She always sleeps on my chest at night (but not lately since she was spayed 3 days ago). And she is a wild child and gives me a run for my money! My mom says she is me in cat form haha.
She is much too smart! She can open sliding glass doors and accordion doors. she LOVES to play in the sink and I knew it was just a matter of time before she knew how to turn that on! She is super stealthy and quick. She also loves cheese and she will sit for it. She loves to make a mess for some reason when shes eating from her bowl if there is dry food she will flick it out of the bowl before eating, if it is wet food she sometimes sit properly and pick it up with her claws to eat. She has a little stuffed squirrel that she carries around and always brings to bed with her and if she wants to play she will either set it in your hand or next to it waiting for you to throw it.
I love my cat she is my baby! I am half way through my jr year of college and I really don't know how I could have made it with out her! Yes I spoil her but who doesn't spoil their pets?!
