Does anyone know if a stand alone machine is made that will copy or transfer cassette content to a C/D. I am tired of trying to find cassette players to play my old cassettes on. I have several radio, C/D, cassette player,/recorder combos, but the C/D player always tears up first. I wonder if there is a way to transfer them to C/D's

Recently our friends bought their mom a Christmas present - a combination record/cd and cassette player. The cool thing is you can record to cd from either record or cassette! Unfortunately, I have no idea of the brand name, but hey, at least we know they exist! I got the impression this particular machine was a more pricey one though.

We went to Belk today and found a machine by Crosley. It was on sale and they had a $30 off of $150. It is supposed to play records, cassettes, C/D and is a radio too. On the box it says record vinyl or cassette to C.D. It is my Christmas present so I don't really know how it works. I will post more when I get chance to try it out. I don't have old records but I do have cassettes I want to transfer to C.D.
