PLEASE HELP!!. My baby is sick :(

Two days ago I noticed my cat had the runs. He has lately been an outside cat and only is locked inside when I go to bed, which is when I noticed he was sick. 2 nights agoI saw he had a runny nose before bed. (It has been cold & he had just came in) I wiped it for him but havent seen it since. That night he had the runs for the first time, the next day it was a little thicker (I feltt better but kept him in just incase). Last night it was baack to being runny again so I kept him in again and he seemed dehydrated so lots of water. I called a few vets and none had payment pland. I am very broke atm :/ I have been so worried about him. Right after I got off the phone he went potty again...this time blood and clear stuff. I was so worried He is such a sweetheart & loves to give kisses. So after I cleaned his bum fur I had to go, came home not too long ago and he went potty again..he popped out a little blood & something hard. I checked and it was a fur ball.. Aftrr he ran around and started to play. Do you think it was just the furball causing everything ? Should I still take him in or wait a few days ??? I am so tight on money I cant afford it but will if I need to. Im sorry this was solong but I wanted to be detailed. If anyone could help I would really appreciate it.!

It's possible.  Is he dehydrated?  Google for 'tent test' to find out how to do that if you don't know.

Are you on good terms with your vet?  The might be willing to offer basic advice over the phone.

And my suggestion for always being able to afford a vet visit - save.  Save a bit each month into a specific account so you have a reserve to fall back on.  $10 per month, $20 if you can manage it.
