My kitty is just over two years and he has been throwing up everyday and night for the past week at least. He drinks water ok. One of our other cats just had kittens that are now gone, so we had kitten food for them. He ate that ok but isn't eating much of the adult cat food now. We also have a puppy and he had some of that food too but won't touch it anymore. He is still his usual self, for the most part but he has been much more lazy. He won't come downstairs much now. I'm not sure if the puppy has stressed him out, the different foods he's had lately or another underlying issue. He is really skinny now too. I don't have a lot of money to rake him to the vet.
Does anyone have suggestions or assistance on how to help him?

Thanks.

I wish I had an idea what the problem is , but I do not.

The best advice is get him to a vet.  I know that is not what you wanted to hear, but it could be so many things.  There is such a thing as care credit.  Google it and find a vet that belongs to the plan.  You can use it the same day you apply.

I hope you can get your litle friend help soon.

If your cat got used to eating the kitten food, then stopped eating it and won't eat his current food, he may have developed a liver problem which now prevents him from eating.  Or, it could simply be that his "normal" food needs to be reintroduced to him slowly since he's used to the kitten food.  Do you still have some of that left?  If so, you might try to mix both foods together for awhile and see if he can tolerate them and not throw up.

But, honestly, if he's throwing up day and night and losing weight, he really needs to be seen by a Vet.  Are his gums yellow?  Or any part of his skin that is normally white?  If so, this is indicative of that liver issue and he needs immediate help.  If nothing else, you need to assist feed him with watered down canned food by putting it in a needleless syringe and slowly putting it  into the side of his mouth.
