Whats your favourite way to cook eggs?

I just has a fried egg but I much prefer scrambled eggs

When I make eggs it's usually scrambed. I like them over easy, but whenever I try to turn them over I make a mess.

But my very favorite -- and my treat when we go on a cruise - is eggs benedict!

I love egg salad, so I guess I'd have to say hard boiled. I hate washing pans in the morning, so when I want eggs for breakfast, I poach them in the microwave.

"over easy"  But I do it a bit different.  I just cover them at the end cause I never got the hang of flipping them.  Works out well for me.

That's called sunny side up.
I can't flip them either. If I want over easy eggs, I get my husband to make them.
My favourite way is hard boiled.

wait isn't sunny side up the yellow showing 100 percent?  I cover them and make it get a white coating but still a tad runny.  When I ask over easy at ihop or someplace I get the same thing?

I love sunny side up!  With the yolk a tad runny too.  I like to do like my Dad and dip the crust of some good toasted and buttered Italian bread in it.  Mmmm...  I think I know what I'm having for breakfast!!  DH can't stand it even a tiny bit un-done so I usually do ours separate.

Sunny side up is when you don't flip them. Most of the time they are covered to make sure the whites are cooked. Over easy is when the yolk is runny but they have been flipped.
