Hi, I'm Marni. We have three cats. One of them, Flower, had a stroke quite recently. Friday we think. He can still see and hear but has lost some motion in his back legs and doesn't respond normally to things. He is being fed through a syrynge. He is also on tablets to boost blood flow to brain. Anything else we can do to help him? He is about 12. He goes back to the vet in a week and isn't in any pain.

Thank you!

He has now died. He sadly died on wednesday and is badly missed by all.

As long as he has seen the vet and you are keeping him comfortable I am not sure there is anything more you can do at this stage. I am sorry this happened - he is not very old. Some cats recover almost completely from strokes, others have permanent neurological damage. The fact that he survived it is good.
