Shes 10-11 lbs (depends on when i weigh her) she eats natural balance, and wellness wet food. i give her a 5.5oz can a day. it says to give 1 can for a 8 lb cat. i got her used to giving her temptations snacks. so i usually leave her a few to have overweight maybe 15-30 peices. i dont really count.

i worry im not feeding her enough. Should i give her more wet food?

Does she act like she's hungry? Is she maintaining her weight? The feeding recommendations are just general guidelines and often a bit high for spayed/neutered indoor cats, IME. That's an awful lot of treats - maybe you could cut back to 2 or 3 a day and give her a little more wet food or feed some all-meat treats instead.

If you are not feeding kibble, by all means give her more wet food. Depending on her level of activity, it sounds like she could easily handle another half can or so. 15-30 treats sounds a little excessive. 'Most' cats won't overeat so see what happens when you cut back on treats and offer more wet food. The grain-free Wellness has very little carbs so weight gain should not be a problem. Now the treats are another story - most are high in carbs.

One can a day should be fine for her. All those treats however... I don't think I would give so many X___X

Next time you take her to the vet, have her weighed and specifically ask: is this a good weight for my cat? Write it down and then the next time you go in, you'll know whether she is getting enough or too much food.
Alternatively, if you own or know someone who owns a baby scale, you can weight her on that much more accurately. :)

A 5.5 oz. can is what the average cat would eat in a day. I think it's fine, especially for an indoor cat who also gets treats. I would only feed her more if she is too thin. You could replace the Temptations treats with  a spoonful of corn-free dry food and that would be better for her health. Or, better yet,  Vitakitty makes treats that are just dried chicken pieces. She would probably love that for an overnight snack !

I love your kitty's Christmas picture. Too cute.

I bought some Vitakitty treats and tried to feed them to Alafair.  She sniffed the treat, licked it, and ran away.  Tried them on Jason, and he loved them.  I became curious and decided to try one (I know, I'm a strange and curious person), and those things were awful.  They tasted really... chemically tasting.  That's the best way I can describe them.  If I remember correctly the only ingredients were chicken and vitamins, so I was kind of concerned as to what made them so awful!
