Not sure why he is running, but I suspect you might be right.  If he is having pain he may be trying to "run away" from it.

As I'd suggested in my previous post, I would encourage you to give him some water if he has not taken any on his own.  Keeping him hydrated will make him feel better.
He dont want be to touch his mouth for some reason he acts like it hurts him when i do and when i try to wash his mouth he freaks out about the water and scartchs my hands right now he is seting alone and he seems ok with it so i just left him for a while but the throwing is alot Less than before and he seem to get better and and atm i dont have a clean Dropper any idea what else can i use to give him some water ? sorry for asking too mach its just i cant sleep until im sure he is okay

Keeping your cat hydrated is important since he is throwing up.  If he won't drink on his own, use a clean dropper (make sure no medicine residue is in or on it) to slowly squirt water down the sides of his mouth, not straight down the middle .  You don't want him to choke.  Give him 2 droppers every 10 minutes for an hour.  Wait  2 hours and repeat.  Leave water near him to allow him to drink on his own.  You can add a little water from a can of tuna to his water dish to encourage him to drink.

If he is not showing signs of improvement, take him to your vet, and bring the bottle of shampoo with you so the vet can check the ingredients.  Human shampoo is full of chemicals that are toxic to cats.
I agree totally with giving him water to further dilute the soap. From the Household Products Database: "If swallowed, drink a glassful of water to dilute." Since this applies to humans, I would do the droppers of water as suggested by KTLynn. And also take him to the vet if he's not doing better.

Aw...
to you and your sweet kitty!

Honestly I would not try to get her to drink, she will as soon as she is ready. Just be sure to have nice fresh water available, she will drink when she is ready. Of course it is good if you are able to syringe her or use an eye dropper, but don't worry if you can not.

Remember cat instincts. When her body says she needs water, she will get some. Besides, you don't want her to blow bubbles by adding water to the soap do you?

(just kidding! :) Not to worry, relax with your big coke and popcorn, she will be just fine!

Do you have a syringe of any sort? Small baster that is used in cooking? Cotton balls that you could get wet and drip water into the side of his mouth?

Could you try holding a cup of fresh water for him to see if he'd drink on his own? Sometimes this will work. Don't know why when they don't feel good that this little "trick" sometimes works.

Did you completely get the soap rinsed off him? It can irritate the skin, so only can imagine what it might do to his mouth.

A vet visit may be in order since he's acting like his mouth hurts--it could have gotten burned by the chemicals in the soap. I would take him to the vet when they open if it was me.

Sending lots of feel better vibes!

Ah! It just dawned on me! You said you were drinking coca cola? You can even use a plastic bottle to give water, or at least try to rinse her mouth out a bit.

Sorry, but I have to totally disagree with this advice. The MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) even says to dilute with water if swallowed, and rinse if it gets in eyes, and that it can cause skin irritation. And a kitty's system is much more delicate than a humans, so it is imperative to dilute with water.

Kitties do NOT drink water when dehydrated because they are not physiologically built that way--and not feeling good compounds the issue. They get the majority of the moisture from the food they eat. In this case, it is even more important to give the water by whatever means necessary.

I know you were joking when you commented about the blowing bubbles, but I feel you're giving a false sense of security to the OP.

Oh good!!!
That is really the best thing you can do to make sure he's going to be okay. They could give fluids there, too.

Hopefully you have caring vets in Egypt? They will actually treat kitty without suggesting putting to sleep? It's just that some countries don't value kitties as much as others do--or vets, or people--and may have a low standard of care when it comes to kitties. I so hope that is not the case in Egypt.

Kinda odd but she felt asleep and she is sleeping Comfortably i dont want to wake her up to clean her mouth because i feel she hardly felt a sleep and she wont be able to sleep again easily But with her sleeping does it mean she is feeling better ? shes not throwing up any more and she looks tired and needs sleeping.. Alot of sleeping

You cant say they  "Don't Value kittes" .. and  you cant say that they care about them as mach as they care about humans in Egypt not alot of people Own Kittens Since not alot of people here live in houses with open areas to provide a healthy Envoirment for a pet but in my case i have a small out door Garden to put the sand box .. etc , but im sure vets here Value the life of Cats and will do the best for her :)

Aw...hopefully that is a good sign. I would still take him/her to the vet because sleeping can also be a not-so-good sign.

Is kitty a 'he' or 'she'? Me confused.

Which countries are you talking about, WhollyCat?

There are excellent, compassionate vets in Egypt.

I'm really pleased you're taking him, Ahmed Deab.  It sounds like his mouth is affected.. he may be chewing to try to relieve the discomfort.

Let us know how you go

What a relief! I'm not going to name country names, but I do know it is hard to get good vet care for kitties in other countries--ones that aren't so inclined to see that kitties are worthy of vet care. Just so happy Egypt isn't one of them.
Thanks so much for answering this question.

He most definitely needs to see the vet.

Totally Agree in fact i rather to have a smelly cat than a Sick one i will just wash him with water From now on This is going to be a hard lesson for both of of me and the cat  Q.Q
Why do you bath your cat?  Most cats don't need bathing by us.  If there is a real need to wash her, dilute the shampoo first in a small jug of warm water.  Shorthair cats only need washing if they get something on their coat that they shouldn't be left to wash off themselves.
