hi there i need some advice asap

hi i got a kitten and she is about four months old and suddenly we are feeling her nipples she is a little fatter then usual and her tummy is tight she shows more affection towards me and seeks love every 5 min and then she eats a hell lot now i don't know if she is pregnant can some give me some advice please?

and then she has a tick and i don't should i take it off or what can some1 give me advice

So, she has been outside? Please make an appointment to have her spayed right away. She is much much too young to carry and birth kittens, it could kill her. The vet can remove the tick, too.

Do spay, either she is just in heat, or already pregnant. Although 4 months is unusually early, but not unheard of.   She is waay too young to bear forth safely.

Spaying double necessary as she seems to be allowed to go outside.

Are you sure of her age? Cats do come in heat from 3 months so it's not impossible, just not overly common to be a month pregnant at 4 months - as you won't notice any symptoms until 3-4 weeks, and then it's the nipples more than anything else.

Agree she needs to be vetted for tick removal and spayed asap. She'll also need worming and a general health checkup.
