my sick baby

Hi can you please can you help.

My baby Lucy has always been a difficult cat who was scared of her own shadow and would run round the house skitish.

Now she is just their and occasionally howling but the thing I have noticed is she seems too deposit liquid from her bum and it has had blood in it. Her backside and tail and legs are messy and not she is not eating.

I must say she is around 13 yrs old

I would take her to the vets.  Bleeding from the anus can be nothing - or something.  And not eating can be very dangerous for cats if it continues over more than a day or so.
