Pretzel Update and a Question

Pretzel is doing great!  He has gained a lot of weight back, he isn't seeking out food like a crazy person, and he is acting 100% normal!  YEAH!!!

He plays, he naps, he eats normally.  Everything is awesome!!!!!!  

I do have a question though, his whole life long, any time he eats a bug his lip swells.  He ate a moth last night and he lips started swelling.  Is he allergic to bugs?

Seems odd to me that this would happen with any type of bug, but don't think it is coincidental.  Have you asked your vet?  Maybe all insects have something in common, and that's actually what he's allergic to?

I originally thought it was just bugs that would have pinchers and I thought the bug was biting him when he went to eat it.  I did ask the vet and she thought the bug was biting him.  but, moths don't bite right??  I don't think they do anyways.
