Seeing that this old post has very little responses is disappointing. I have a fish addict and having a difficult time breaking her. I've tried mixing new with the old food and she manages to eat around it or just walks away. Freeze dried toppers don't work either. She keeps going back to the bowl, takes a few licks, and walks away. I leave kibble down for grazing and thinking about taking it up? The problem with that is I have other cats.

Any suggestions??

I moved your post from an old thread so that you can get help with your cat.  Good luck.

Ritz was addicted to fish flavored canned cat food, specifically Fancy Feast and only FF fish flavored. Cats are attracted to smelly foods, and fish is smelly.   She also had two episodes of UTIs; too much fish can contribute to UTIs.   In fact, I was so desparate I decided to feed Ritz raw (commercial then frankenprey).  She took to it immediately, and will eat any kind of protein I give her, from chicken to pork to goat.

I would keep on adding some other type of flavor to the fish-based food, one teaspoon at a time.  Kind of like how owners transition their cats from kibble to canned to raw.  You might also try feeding you cat a protein she's never tried before, like venison (in some high end canned cat food).  Have you tried freeze dried fish flavored toppers like Bonita fish flakes?  You might also try warming up a little the cat food to make it smellier.  Good luck, I know it's hard.
