How do I clean a minor wound?

I discovered today that my boyfriend's bully cat must have scratched my cat's face. There's a little spot of hair missing and a scab on the side of her chin. It definitely isn't serious, but I'm wondering what what I should use to clean it and make sure it doesn't get infected. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

If it's already scabbed up, there's not a whole lot for you to do. If it gets really red or inflamed, you can use some hydrogen Peroxide on a cotton ball, and apply some bacitracin ointment
