at the time i cant get to a vet because the car wont start the neighbors arnet home and my cat got stepped on he is breathting and heart beating but one eye lookes swollen and if you open them one looks like they would if you open a cats eyes the other just stares straight he keeps them closed though when it first happend his "lip" was bleeding we got it to stop soon after but is there anything at can do right now for the little angel? please answer fast i dont want to waste time!!!!!!!!!

Do you have taxi service in your area? Another neighbor or friend or coworker who can take you to the nearest emergency vet?

well hes no a cat hes a kitten not to much blood came out his lip but a good bit did he tried to eat ham but he wouldnt chew so i quickly got it out his mouth he seems to have no internal injuries but im still woried sick we live outside of city limits so there are no taxis and i only have one neighbor who isnt home he can walk but i didnt see him go far hes not purring but he is resting i check to make sure hes breathing every five minutes but i feel like i can do more i just don know what more i can do

Call the emergency vet for advice.
Did you step on his head? It sounds like he might have a mouth injury, perhaps as bad as a broken jaw. This is something only a vet could really take care of, so I hope you can get him in soon. These things always seem to happen at night or on the weekend, don't they?
please take your baby to an emergency vet as soon as possible. jlc20m
