at least temporarily! My work (or ex-work) came and got me yesterday and took me to get a car for at least a month. Hopefully mine will be ironed out by then. I like it though. It's a little economy car. A 2002 Focus, bright red!

Walmart claims called my lawyer about 1 1/2 weeks ago and said they wanted to look at my car. They told him they were frustrated because I hadn't told them where the car was and hadn't been in contact with them. LIES!! Well, the attorney knows this. But he told them where the car was AGAIN and gave them the phone number and address. Daewoo called the other day to say Walmart Claims STILL have not called or come out to see the car. Suprise, suprise! I'm going to tell the lawyer to quit messing with them ALL and file a lawsuit. It will be against Daewoo, and Walmart. It's been almost 2 months and I'm tired of it.

Interestingly enough, I was listening to a Troubleshooter show (Tom Martino, who is nationally known but based here in Denver) on the radio and there were a bunch of people calling with similar complaints about Wal Marts doing this type of thing to their cars. Many of the callers had filed suit against Wal Mart. There were callers who had experienced this type of thing from many different states and locations within states! How sad that this once upstanding company apparently has such a shoddy department in so many stores.

I have heard of this happening also at Walmart. It sure has taken a long time for them to do anything. I'm glad you have a lawyer working with you on it.

Yeah I got the lay off. I'm really bummed about it because I loved my job. So much stress right now sometimes I feel like screaming!
