Hi Everyone,

I have a little kitten, 8 weeks old. He had his first vaccination on Monday, since then he has problem with eating. The first day after vaccination he didn't eat anything, in the evening he ate and the next day in the morning he threw out all. Then I didn't give him food yesterday but in the evening he was hungry and he ate well, but today from morning he threw out all he had last night :(

He is now in vet clinic, they said he is fine for now. but if he vomit again, they have to do an x-ray.

I am very worried, I don't know what should I do really, I can't see my little kitten be upset :(((

could you please advise?

The vet clinic is the best place for him right now.  It's hard not having him with you, but hopefully he will be home in a day or two.

It's likely just a coincidence that he was vaccinated and now vomiting. Although many times a kitten will lose it's appetite somewhat the next day, act like they feel 'under the weather', a negative reaction from a vaccine is very shortly afterward, like within an hour, no longer than 2 hours.

As orientalslave said, this is the best place for him to be.

The x-ray would be to look for an obstruction. Just hope not suince this can be very costly to surgically remove the obstruction.
