Firewolf, I am a manx lover!  I've had four and they have been the most wonderful, funny, smart, affectionate cats ever!   My first manx was a beautiful Cymric that I named Pantaloons who found me as a stray.  He must have gotten away somehow from his owner.  There is no way anyone would have abandonded this lovely guy. I was not able to find the owner and adopted him.

Unfortunately he tested positive for FeLV.  I cared for him for several years and when he passed, I got another Cyrmic that I named Toby Tyler!  I now have both a manx and cymric kitten,   Clancy O'Malley a tuxedo manx, and Rufus Riley an orange cymric.

I believe Manx syndrome would have shown up within the first six months, so it  is unlikely that Manx syndrome would appear at this age.  Has there ever been any problems with her gait being stiff? Do both her legs work independantly or does she hop?  Does her walking usually appear normal?

I would for sure get her to the vet to find out what's wrong.  There is something wrong with your cat if suddenly she is peeing outside the litter box.  Every Manx I've know has been meticulous about using the litter box.  Since she is not having trouble getting in the box to poop, it's probably not a result of the fall.  But I'm only guessing.   I would definitely have her seen by the vet today.  Please keep us posted on what you find out.
