Hi everyone ,, hope you all are ok

My kitten is 3 month old.  A week ago he stopped eating and 1 meal was good for him when he is used to eat 4 times a day and wants more!

and i took him to the vet and he said that the kitten is healthy and nothing is wrong but i will give him vitamin b complex shot so he will eat

And he started eating after the shot but now he won't :(

How do i make him eat? i feed him raw chicken .. is their any other way to make him eat because i don't want to change his diet.

Hello again, Haley!

I'm sorry you're having trouble with your kitten. If all you're feeding him is raw chicken - no other meats, no bone-in meals and no organs - then your little boy could very well be feeling both a little ill from the unbalanced diet (especially from the lack of calcium!), and a little tired of the chicken, since he should be eating a variety of foods.

You can't feed just raw chicken. You have to feed at least three to five other types of meat, and you have to feed bone-in meals and organs or their supplemental replacements. If you don't, your cat will become sick from the unbalanced diet.

Can you give us more info? Did you incorporate some of the suggestions we gave you in your other thread?

I hope you're able to figure this out!!

Don't feel guilty, hon, just get him on a balanced diet ASAP.
And I recommend you post what ingredients and supplements you're putting into your ground food and let the TCS veterans help you make sure it's balanced, ok?

Here are three trusted online recipes you can copy to get started: CatInfo, org, CatNutrition.org, and Feline-Nutrition.org.

since you are feeding raw diet why not add turkey and other meats in his diet besides chicken and the other things raw diets come with I don't feed raw so i'm not a expart but i think your cat is getting bored of just chicken
