First Time Cornish Rex Owner

Hi Everyone,

My name is Brittany and my kitten arrives on Monday. He is a blue bicolour Cornish Rex who is yet to be named. He is 16 weeks old and I am very excited to meet him. I have never met a Cornish in the flesh before so it is doubly exciting.

I have a Chinchilla Persian named Suki, she is four years old. Hopefully she gets on well with him!

I also have a Great Dane named Lacey, a Gypsy Cob colt named Ronan and an Andalusian gelding named Kosmo.

I live in Queenstown, New Zealand and love photography so you can expect lots of photos of the new guy.

All l have to say is hold on tight, you're in for quite a ride with the Rex!! Mine is now 2 1/2 years old and he's still as wild and crazy as when he was a kitten. If yours in anything like mine he'll take over your house from the time he enters, lol.

l'll look forward to your pictures of him. Suki is absolutely gorgeous, btw.

Hi, welcome to TCS!  Your cats are beautiful.  And I always heard such lovely things about New Zealand from my dad.  He said it was the prettiest place he'd ever been.  Can't wait to see more pictures of your cats.

He is here and he is settled in, right from the first few minutes he was settled in. He is everything I hoped for and is so affectionate. So happy with him!
