My cat is 15 yrs old. She has lost a lot of weight. She has been throwing up everything I give her. It's awful. And now she is losing hair bad. She is a long hair orange striped cat beautiful little puff we got from the animal shelter years ago. She has alway been an indoor cat.
She is bald on two sides its pitiful. She is dying isn't she?
She Hates riding in the car and gong to the vet. I almost don't want to stress her out more.
She just follows me around the house all day and there is nothing I can do.
Any suggestions ?

She needs to be seen by a vet, pronto.

She could have a perfectly treatable condition such as an overactive thyroid, or she could be quite seriously ill.  Only the vet can tell you, and whilst she might not like going there I doubt she likes being thin and bald.  She might be feeling quite ill.

Please take her to the vet A.S.A.P. 

I know she does not like riding in the car and going to the vet, but she may have something that is very treatable that a visit to the vet would take care of.  Also, she might be in a lot of pain, again something that you won't know or be able to treat unless you get to a vet for an exam.  

The fact that she has been throwing up all the food you give is even more reason you need to take her in.  It doesn't take very long at all for cats (in as little as 1 or 2 days) to develop very serious medical problems like liver disease from not eating.    

I agree she needs to be seen by the vet, as said already she might have something that is easily treatable
