Hi everyone! So... I have three cats:
Jelly- two years old
Bella- six months old
Jinxy- three months old

The question is: how do I feed them properly? I am aware that Jinxy definitely still needs kitten food but Jelly and Bella need to eat their adult food.
What I have been doing is that I mix the kitten food and the adult food so whoever eats gets what she/he needs... But I am not sure that is the best solution???
I tried giving them separate bowls and trying to keep them in their own bowls when they where eating but it's impossible. And Jelly and Bella always prefer the kitten food.
I can't monitor very time they eat! So, what do I do?

If the older 2 are not over weight,  I think it's ok to let them all eat kitten food or a mixture of both just for a few more months. See what your vet says.

None of them are overweight but I am concerned that if they do keep eating the kitten food they will start gaining a lot of weight.

Mac (5 months) kept eating Mia's (1 1/2 years) food and vice versa.  I too started mixing their kitten and cat food so they both could get what they needed. They both eat well now and from the same bowl. Mine are free fed though, so it makes it much easier!

I, personally, think you are doing fine since they are not overweight.

I know, I know, I know!!!!  Been in the same situation as you!  Except my age group was different.  I had a senior, 2 two year olds and a 5 month old.  All on different food.  I was losing my mind trying to keep them out of each other's food AND the dog's food as well.  GRRRRR !!!!
In desperation I called my vet and he told me to put them all on adult formula and discontinue the senior and kitten formula.  I did, all are quite healthy with few issues and the kitten is now a very healthy 2 year old.  In your case, I'd probably feed them all kitten food for at least 3 months and then transition all of them to adult food.  You might want to check with the vet first.  3 months seems really young to put on adult but hey... I thought 5 months was too.

I doubt it would hurt either way but just to be safe you might want to check with the vet or just put them all on kitten.  Watch  the weight of the 2 year old though
