Hello,

I have a beautiful 5 year-old tortoise shell. She's fun, loves to climb, run, jump around, lay in my lap and sleep next to me. But as of last week she was slightly limping on her front left leg. I took her to  the vet for her vaccinations. The vet checked her legs and told me that everything looked good, but she winced when the vet touched her left elbow. She told me to give it a week and if it's not better, to come in for an x-ray. So, lately it seems a little worse. My cat still wants to climb up, but it's almost like she doesn't have the energy. When she gets off the bed or couch her left side gives and she goes down to her face. She lays down a lot more and is not really into playing. She's eating, using her litter box just fine and doesn't seem to fidget or be in pain. She follows me around, but not right now. Her spark is off, and she's obviously very different. I'm upset, but I'm trying to be calm about this.

Do cats have reactions to vaccinations?  Could this be a combo of vaccine lethargy and a hurt leg? What are your thoughts? I appreciate the feedback. I've never had any issues with her health.

Thanks!!
