I just thought I would share a picture of my daughter in her cat sleeper. I got 2 of these at my baby shower, one has a matching bib too. Thankfully, they are 2 different sizes so once she grows out of this one she can wear the other one.

She looks adorable in it and also like she's really grown.
Yep she has.
She is 4 pounds now (was born at 2 pound, 2 ounces). She's almost doubled her birth weight.

My goodness, she is a sweet little thing!!!  Congrats on her growth and improvement!  Any ideas when you get to take her home?

I'm hoping by the end of the month. She is almost doing everything she needs to be doing to come home. She just needs to get out of the incubator and keep her own body temperature and learn to eat all feeds by mouth. She's currently getting 5 tube feeds and 3 bottle feeds per day.

She's a cutie! And you can tell that she's doing well and gaining weight. I know you're really anxious to bring her home.

What a sweetie! It is amazing how much she has grown.

My granddaughter was born full term, at barely 5lbs. They told my my dd and dsil that they may have had to keep her if she dropped any weight. They did every test possible to find out why she was so tiny. This went on until she was 6 months old, then some doctor finally looked at her parents. My daughter is 5'2,  sil is just barely 5'. The final diagnosis, she is small and probably always will be. She is 10 months old now and 24 inches tall. She walks, talks and is a little daredevil. She is a lot of fun and quite a little handful, with grandpa wedged firmly under tiny thumb. He swears she is perfect.

I pray it will not be long until she is keeping you up at night, learning something new every day, just generally being a joyful, exasperating little girl. Nothing like the little darlings.

I brought that sleeper home a few days ago to wash it and brought it back last night. When the nurse saw it, she loved it. Today, when I went in her nurse told me that she "played dressup" with Aimee and put her in that sleeper because she hadn't seen her in it yet and thought it was cute.
