There once was a bunch of tiny frogs...

They decided to hold an activity to promote physical fitness and
good health among their group. It was agreed that a competitive
race would be the most fun. It would also engender good will and build cohesiveness among the rapidly-growing tiny frog community.
The goal of the competition would be to reach the top of a very
high tower.

When the race day arrived, a big crowd had gathered around the
tower to see the race and cheer on the contestants. The race began,
but no one in the crowd really believed that any of the tiny frogs
would be able to reach the top of the tower.

In the crowd you could hear such statements as:
"Oh, WAY TOO DIFFICULT!!"
"They will NEVER MAKE IT to the top."
"Not a chance that they will succeed. The tower is just TOO HIGH!"

One by one, the tiny frogs began collapsing. That is, except for those
who in a seemingly-fresh tempo were climbing higher and higher.

Some in the crowd continued to yell, even laugh, as they called out:
"It is TOO DIFFICULT!!! No one will make it!"
"You're wasting your time, it is IMPOSSIBLE!"
"This is a joke, NO ONE CAN POSSIBLY reach the top."

More, and more, of the tiny frog contestants got tired, and gave up.

Amazingly, one tiny frog continued higher and higher and higher.
Others were close behind, but he just would not give up the lead.

Toward the end, everyone else had given up climbing the tower. That is, except for the one tiny frog who, after a big spurt of concentrated effort, was the only one who reached the top!

All of the other tiny frogs naturally wanted to know how this one tiny frog managed to do it? One of the tiny frog contestants yelled to the winner and asked, "How did you find the strength to reach the top?

The tiny frog didn't answer. He didn't see the questioner, or even
hear the question.

The tiny frog winner was deaf.

That's great! I'm working on a project we have named "LeapFrog" (you know, LEAPING over the competition) and this is perfect.

Thanks!
