6 months is extremely young to be in kitten, how far along is she? If not far she can be spayed ASAP

Be prepared to hand raise the litter and have funds on hand for a c-section as she's so young

Are the kittens already born?  Prepare to handraise them, get a kitten replacement milk, or goat milk. ASAP.

But with a little luck moms milk will come in the nearest hours.

If she is "just" pregnant it is no danger.  The milk comes in the end of the pregnancy. Sometimes, as said, when the babies are alreeady delivered.

Please, continue to tell, report, and ask.

Welcome to our Forums!

Good luck!

Younger cats do tend to have more complications during delivery so it is really important that you read up on how labor happens and when to intervene, have your birthing kit ready, and be prepared to take her to the vet (even an after hours ER vet).

Can you feel the kittens moving? If you can you are generally within 2 weeks of birth. Once that starts happening is the time to be with her 24/7.
