We have a large team here on TheCatSite.com, made of dedicated volunteers. Our team members work hard, mostly behind the scenes, to make our community a friendly and safe place for all cat lovers.
You can see the list of our current team members here -

Mentors are the ones new members interact with the most. They are in charge of sending a welcome PM to new members and helping them in private. You can usually find them hanging around the New Cats on the Block forum.
Advisors cover cat-related questions on the cat care forums. This doesn't mean that they have all the answers, but they keep an eye out to see that no question is left unanswered. When necessary, they will refer you to existing articles or threads on the site.
Moderators continuously monitor the boards for trolls, spammers and problems between members. Reported posts are handled by the moderators, and warnings, infractions, and bans are issued by them. Moderators have the ability to edit threads and posts, move them and/or lock them.
While you are welcome to contact each one of our team members, more often than not it's the moderators who can help you out. Whether it's questions of editing a post or moving it to the right place, reports of potential spammers or bugs, or requests concerning your account, one of our moderators will be able to help you.
Please remember - report and move on. Do not get involved in trouble threads - just report and move on View media item 134022
Just click one of the moderators' usernames there and, once you reach their profile page, click on "Send Private Message" in the left sidebar.
Have a more general concern about the forums? Just go to the staff page, pick one of the mods and shoot them a PM. It's that easy
