... are you feeling today?

I woke up during the night feeling really sick and my ears were ringing with a high-pitched sound. I got up (to throw up) and thought I was going to pass out, felt really really REALLY unwell. It was scary! I was able to get back to sleep when the nausea subsided, and I don't feel great today but can do my work; I'm thankful I feel much better than I did last night!

Yuck!  I'm glad you feel better.  I've started taking a supplement to help with the ringing in my ears.  It actually works.  It's not completely gone; but it doesn't affect my hearing like it was.  There have been times at night the ringing and sounds in my ears made me think one of the kids was crying and they weren't...woke me up more than necessary!!  It's also made it harder to understand what people are saying, etc.  So the supp lament helps a lot; but apparently you have to take it forever to continue the benefits.

I'm feeling ok today.  I've had a low fever the last few days; along with DD who had a sinus infection flare back up a couple days after finishing her antibiotics.  I haven't been as sick as DD...I don't have TIME to get sick like that.  Mostly I felt blah and tired.

Thanks, Guys.
I didn't mean for the thread to be about me; thought it's nice when someone asks how you are feeling.

MoochNNoodles, yeah moms just don't get sick days, simply doesn't happen, especially with little kids. Have you also noticed how much more work moms have to do on "holidays" when everybody is taking it easy?

Hope you feel better soon.

I'm feeling ok today, just kind of tired. I want to lay on the couch and be lazy.
I'm about to get ready to go to the hospital to see my daughter though.

Feel better!

I feel like I'm finally not dead tired!
Thursday we had stayed up til 2-3am Friday finishing school work and packing to go to NJ ... we got up at 8am Friday for the 12 hour drive but didn't get on the road until 9:45am ... got to NJ at 11pm, and after setting up Gnat's crate, unpacking the car, etc, it was around 2am when we got to bed. Got up to go to NYC at 9am Saturday, got on the 12pm train that got us there at 1:30, then walked around until 6pm, took the subway to the show we were going to which was from 7-10ish, then wandered around some more. Took the train back to NJ and got there at 2am, didn't go to bed til 3! Slept til noon Sunday, mostly relaxed, then packed up to head home Monday. Didn't leave til noon on Monday because it's always hard to leave, got into traffic and stopped to eat dinner, which put us home after 2am Tuesday morning! Then I had to go to class Tues, and BF had to go to work! Didn't get to bed til after midnight last night because we needed groceries and had dinner late. Needles to say I slept til almost noon today :lol3:

I feel lousy! I only slept 3 hours last night, due to a back problem. Been home sick all day, but the back is feeling a bit better (pain patch and aspirin and resting).

AW, great question and much appreciated and I hope you feel better :hugs:. I actually feel great for a change. :lol3: Mostly due to stressful family issues and my mother being quite ill. Today is a better day, but who knows what tomorrow will bring. :cross: :)

Sending you get-well
! Hope you're feeling better today!

I'm just tired. For the first time in a long time, I didn't awaken at 5:00 when the alarm clock rang for Rick to get out of bed (normally I'm up with him so that I can clean litter boxes, make the bed, do general de-clutter). This morning I never budged until he left for work at 6:15.  So then it was a mad dash to get everything done and get in to work. I am too pooped to pip.

To everybody else who's feeling down, here's a get-well
for all of you, too! Aw, heck, let's.......
