Cat paw is raw/calloused/doesn't look ok. Pics attached

Just noticed that my cat's paw is looking a little raw and rough to the touch.  Here are some pics and a pic of my cat, he is an orange tabby that I got as a kitten from a farm. 

I know cats can get callous on their paws.  Maybe see if they have some paw cream at the pets store and see if that helps.  They may also be corns.

Cookie gets callouses on her paws all the time. I always thought it could be from the clay litter I use? I got a soothing ointment at my local pet store that heals them up nicely. If they seem to be sores, not callouses, you can also put some Bactroban on them.
