I thought I'd give a quick update on what's been going on around here since I haven't really been on much lately.

Mike's knee is healing up great, he's now walking just fine without crutches or the brace. He does not have to do physio, the doctor said that just walking around without crutches and the brace, making sure that he's bending his knee, will bring it back to normal. He's still having a bit of pain, but not near the amount that he had before. He hasn't taken anything for pain in over two weeks.

Meanwhile, I've been so busy with work (3 jobs), school (part time for Veterinary Office Management), taking care of Mike and all the animals that of course I got sick. It started out as a really bad cold and progressed into bronchitis. I'm feeling a lot better now, but still have a bit to go before I'm back to normal. A week from Thursday my mom and I leave to go to New York City for a few days, so hopefully I'm better before then and she's fine as well (she has a cold right now).

I had my first essay for one of my classes, we had to discuss our communication style and how it impacts our relationships with our customers/coworkers. It was a lot harder than you'd think, but so far I haven't received a mark on it.

I took my first test last night as well, we didn't have to take it until the 3rd but I figured I'd get it done and over with. This was for my Veterinary Medical Terminology class, it was very difficult, but I got 100% on it! I'm elated about that, I was really starting to worry that I had too much going on and wouldn't be able to do as well as I'd hoped.

Anyways, I just thought I'd check in and let everyone know what's been going on!

Good to hear from you and glad you are sounding so enthusiastic about everything! As someone recovering from a knee replacement I send the best of vibes to MIke for a full and quick recovery.
