Phoenix is definitely NOT a morning cat!

  Every morning when I get up it's the same thing. I walk out of my bedroom greeted by 3 very excited kitties. I walk into the living room to see Phoenix curled up sound asleep. 

 When she wakes up she'll sit up and stare dozily into space. Try talking to her and she becomes possessed! Not a happy camper when she wakes up. 

I have one like that - Bonaparte, who sleeps either on my bed or on top of the laundry basket in my room. He never gets up when I do, and ambles down to breakfast a good half hour after everyone else.

As soon as mine see my eyes open, they're all over me for cuddles.  Abby looks sleepy when she wakes up, but will move over near me for cuddles and doze off again.  When I get up in the night she is at the foot of my bed sleeping; of course the movement wakes her up. I just tell her that I will be right back and to stay in bed.  She watches which direction I go. If it's into the bathroom she stays in bed, if it's the other direction she's padding behind me. 

Cats are very smart! And they know what they want!
