Hi everyone...I just joined the group....I have 2 cats...Taj who is an 18 month old Bengal and 14 week old, Dooney, who is also a Bengal. I have had cats all my life...just your ordinary, run of the mill cats but last October I adopted my first Bengal and wow, did my life ever change. I have never had a cat quite like a Bengal...some people will tell you that Bengals are not "lap cats" well they must not have told Taj that cause he is in my lap every chance he gets....the new kitten, Dooney, however is just the opposite...the lady I got Dooney from said he must have taken more of the Asian Leopard cat...she just could not get him socialized like his siblings....he is still a little skittish with me....but he is coming around...he doesn't hiss at me when I enter a room now..I can pick him up and not get torn to shreds now...LOL...the bandaid box was becoming my best friend
