My poor Rosie sounds congested. She's eating normally, drinking lots of water, and constantly playing.  I have heard that if a cat is congested you can give them a steam bath. Using the steam from the shower to help clear them up. Well Rose and I were just in the bathroom with the steam for maybe 5 minutes. She's a little snotty now. How long should she be in there to clear up?

You will need to do the steam treatments several times a day for a couple of days for the congestion to clear up.  It's not an instant fix.  Make sure she continues to eat, drink, and use the box normally.  If she starts sneezing, watch for any discolored discharge and get her to the vet if you see anything that's not clear discharge.

Thank you for replying. But do you know how long she should be in there at one time?

I don't know how long to keep her in there, but I've been also recommended by a vet in the past to keep them in a room with a humidifier to help them. I would definitely say longer than 5 minutes though

I just leave them in there while I shower and do my after shower stuff in the bathroom, so about 15-20 mins.  If she's very congested, and you can confine her to one room, you could run a vaporizer (not a humidifier) for her 24/7.
