You're probably all sick and tired of hearing all the medical issues. Honestly this is the first time in his life he's had any health problems so it's just frustrating.

After the leg ultrasound that showed a blockage our dr. is having him see a Pulmonary Surgeon - made an appointment for Monday. I imagine he will then schedule the procedure to put the stent in the leg where he has the blockage. Just want to get all this over with!!!

Thanks to all my TCS friends for your wishes, prayers and advice. You'll never know how much this means to me.

If were sick and tired of hearing it, don't you think we would tell you?

Oh, of course we aren't sick and tired of hearing about Paul
. I wonder how he's doing everyday and he is in my prayers. It just sucks that our bodies have a tendency to let life catch up to them all at once. You know DH and I are going through much of the same, just not to the extreme, but it's probably just a matter of time. Please keep us up to date on how he and you are doing!!

I think there are a lot of us everywhere that feel life catches up to us too suddenly. In the last 7years, I have been almost dead three times and surgically dead once.

Hang in there,  Paul.  It does get better.

Thanks to all of you for your words. Just brought tears to my eyes (but it doesn't take much to make me cry!!).

Seeing his regular Internist tomorrow and the pulmonary surgeon Monday. After all this is over with we'll need a good dinner and a drink (and we're not really drinkers).

Good luck!  My Grandfather had several stints put in after having a heart attack.  It seemed every so many years they'd have to do another.  His doctor told him he just needed a tune up!  I had a co-worker who had several in her legs as well.  She usually recuperated quickly.

Never feel bad to let us know what's going on.  Praying for Paul (& you) as he goes to the surgeon.  Keep us posted!
