September Picture of the Month Contest - Cat Grooming

The theme for this month is: Cat Grooming. We'll be accepting photographs showing cats being groomed (either coat brushing, or other forms of grooming), cats grooming themselves, and cats grooming other cats, animals or even humans!

Submissions will be accepted through Monday, September 24th.

This contest is generously sponsored by JW Pet, makers of the Gripsoft line of Cat Grooming Tools! JW Pet donated a cool prize package of grooming tools for the lucky winner!

Here's what one lucky winner will get -

Cat Nail Clipper - Cat Pin Brush - Cat Comb and... Magneticat Cat Toy!





The prize can only be sent to a US address, so if you live outside the US, you may still participate but if you win you will have to provide a US address where the prize will be sent to or pass the prize along to the runner-up.

The Rules:
 

1. Choose the best picture you have for our monthly theme and post it to this thread.
2. Image needs to be clear and not too small. 480 pixels high by 640 pixels wide minimum should be a good enough size.
3. One submission per member please
   

Our cats are ALL amazingly beautiful! This friendly photo contest is about the way in which the cat is captured in the picture. We're not looking for professional photography, but do try to keep things like image quality, lighting and composition in mind.

oohh.. I gotta try to take some pics. Not sure if I have any already. It'll be hard to take pics of grooming the cat and taking pics at the same time!

Wow...she was my favorite in the sunlight contest and here she is striking a beautiful pose in the sunlight again.  Beautiful photo!

I thought I would have to take a new picture to get a good one. Turns out I already have way too many. I put up a poll to ask fr help choosing the best one to enter.

This is the only picture I have of them grooming. Gus is always helping his brother out in the grooming department. Ulysses has always been a lazy groomer :-)
