I was checking on Grim's front legs where he has the most trouble with fur trimming. He hasn't been doing lots of it lately and I hardly ever see him do it on his tummy so I've been thinking it's residual habit that will hopefully die off. The fur was a wee bit short in his licking spots, but nothing too worrying. Until I saw it..

On his front left I saw something dark. A mole. Raised. Bigger than a pencil erasor.

I'm so worried it's cancer. I can't imagine he'd get it at 6 years old. That seems so young...
FIV weakens the immune system so it would make sense that he would be vunerable to cancer. I just really hope that's not it.

I tried to take a picture of it, but he was very resistant of letting me look at it which worries me more. I'll try again in a few minutes.

*SIGH* :( :(

Ive been thinking I need to have Grim's teeth looked at to make sure he doesn't need a dental, so when I do that tomorrow, Ill have the vet look at his mole.
Wish me luck! ... :-(

Thanks guys. I'm going to make a new thread because the vet said the mole was of no concern, but I've got other things to say.
