G'day folks.
What is your favorite breakfast food?
Ohhhh... Too many!
Sausage gravy and biscuits, grits, BACON, eggs over easy, omeletes, frittatas, toast, pancakes...  I love it ALL
But if I absolutely have to choose just 1 favorite it is hands down ...  BACON
Bacon should be it's own food group

I just love omelets, probably because, for years, I couldn't make them properly. It's only been within the last year or so that I've finally figured out how to make a great omelet. Took me long enough. Now sometimes, I'll make an omelet with sauteed onions and peppers, shredded Cheddar, and crumbled bacon. Good stuff! Especially with two slices of thick sourdough toast.

Taylor ham. I can eat it alone, or with egg and cheese on a bagel or english muffin. The only downside is that they don't sell it anywhere in SC that I've found nearby, so I have to wait until I visit my parents in NC, or go back to NJ where it's unheard of to NOT carry it in a store! :lol3:

Yum eggs, coffee, toast, bacon or breakfast sausage, not mixed together lol. I could eat that every day but don't.

I'm really picky, the sausage has to be very good or I'll lose my appetite for the whole meal, bacon's a safer bet.
